Ginny Zimmerman,
Soccer Comissioner
Ginny had a successful playing career with the Soccer Association of Columbia and the Maryland ODP program and earnied All-county, All-Metro, and All-South honors as a high school player for Oakland Mills. At the collegiate level she was a four-year starter and All-Conference player at Davidson College. She began her coaching journey as a recreational coach in 2014 and became the EYO Soccer Commissioner in 2019. She currently serves as the Head Coach of the 2009 Boys Elkridge United team and has her Grassroots coaching license.
Angie Sebring,
Travel Program Coordinator
After playing club soccer for the Soccer Club of Baltimore and collegiate soccer and lacrosse at McDaniel College, Angie started teaching in Maryland as an Elementary Physical Education Teacher and Adapted Physical Education Specialist. She has coached Recreational and Club soccer (EYO/Elkridge United) and High School JV and Varsity soccer. She has volunteered as the Elkridge United Travel Program Coordinator since 2022.
Marc Burkom,
Director of Coaching
Since coaching his first team in 1999, Marc has coached JV and Varsity High School soccer, Travel and Club soccer, Recreational soccer, and numerous camps and clinics throughout the area. In 2022 Marc became a U.S. Soccer Coach Educator, and in 2024 he earned his U.S. Soccer B License. Marc has volunteered as EYO's Director of Coaching Education since 2021. Currently, he coaches U13 Boys for the Maryland Olympic Development Program and the Elkridge United 2015 Boys Orange team.
